Our concierges are active members of the oldest hotel association, «The International Union of the Golden Keys», Keys which are proudly worn on every jacket lapel.
This association has only 3,800 concierges from around the world, representing the most prestigeous establishments. Under Louis XIV, «Le Comte des Cierges» (an old
word for concierge), was the guardian of the Seals and the only person authorised to open the most secret doors.
This calling has not changed and the concierge of today is the most privileged representative who can offer all services to his guests, both inside and outside the hotel, that they may ask for.
